There is much that could be said about me, but what does it matter? What is important is that I am saved and love the Lord! As a worshiper and follower of Christ, I care that things are done decently and in order. I support the total ministry of my church and my husband. I have been married 25 years to Douglas E. Brown, Pastor of Great Commission Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. We have two daughters, Phairen, and Kaitlyn “Katie-Liz”. I’m familiar with being on the mountain- tops and Lord knows I’ve had my share of the valleys! I’ve been some places, seen some things, done some things (thank God He brought me out of them) and now submit myself to the will and way of God.

Encouraging and exhorting people are some of my passions. I find that when people are encouraged it inspires them to go on, do a little better–even when they think it’s not possible! I realize that small, insignificant things to me may be MAJOR in someone else’s life and recognizing that is important!”
